The Toxidrome profiling tool provides AI-based computational identification of chemicals that cause different toxidromes, i.e., patterns of symptoms and signs caused by specific toxic effects. The in-silico models provide predictions and error assessments of chemicals to cause opioid, convulsant, cholinergic, anticholinergic, sympathomimetic, anticoagulants, acute exposure, irritants/corrosive, or knockdown toxidromes. Users can upload query chemicals for screening and download results that map chemicals to their potential toxidromes.
